Change the owner of a domain
To change the owner of a domain, log in to your easyname control panel and navigate to [My Domains] -> [Contacts (Templates)]. There you can now fill in the new owner data into a template for later use. As soon as you have created the template, you can make a change of ownership for the domain via [My domains] -> YourDomain.tld -> [Manage] and pick the previously created template. There are certain differences between the various top level domains (.at, .de, .com, .net, etc.). For example, two e-mails are required to confirm for ICANN Domains (.com, .net, .wien, etc.) in order to make sure the owner change is legit and successful. The first e-mail is sent to the e-mail address according to whois. The second goes to the address you entered in the new template. Only when both emails have been confirmed can the owner change be completed. If the old email address does not exist, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or change it by using a different contact in your easyname control panel. For some other Top Level domains it may be that you have to return a signed form. If this is the case, you will either receive a form for download during the owner change process or we will inform you via e-mail about the necessity. For .at domains, for example, a form must be filled in and returned.
